You could do an auto translate on google to get a jump start on your English version :) I just read and enjoyed this post on google chrome using the auto translate feature. I wonder why substack does not provide this service.

Until now, I have been painting as I pleased, without looking back, and before I knew it, about three years had passed. During those days of trial and error, things I grasped by trial and error, things I became more and more confused about, and all these things kept piling up in my head and in my sketchbook, and I began to want to organize them somehow. I thought that maybe I could digest them by writing them down, so I created
Actually, I initially considered using auto-translate, but when I tried, the translation felt like someone else's voice... This is where perfectionism might be creeping in - I'm not sure if it's good or bad, but I want my writing to be coming from myself.
Obviously, writing in two languages is double the work, and I'm not certain I can maintain this format long-term. But, I'll do my best to continue as long as I can manage it.

Yes I use Sennelier(I find them a bit too soft though) along with other oil pastels(CaranDache etc) and wax crayons as well. Paint is mostly acrylic, but I use anything I have at hand. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, I'm just starting out, I appreciate any feedback!
I have used mostly acrylic for painting on canvas. In the early days I used oil paints. For my sketchbooks I use pen ink or watercolour. My work on canvas is mostly representational portraits. This is why I excited and curious when I saw your work. I used to use oil paints over acrylic when I first made the switch as my last layer but forgot somewhere along the way :) your work looks free n lovely. Look forward to seeing more.
